AN ACT relative to definitions regarding immunization requirements.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT relative to definitions regarding immunization requirements.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraphs; Communicable Disease; Definitions Added. Amend RSA 141-C:2 by inserting after paragraph XIV the following new paragraphs:

XV. "Vaccination" means the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce an immune reaction to a specific disease.

XVI. "Vaccine" means a product that stimulates a person's immune system to produce an immune reaction to a specific disease.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
