STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT repealing the waiting period for federal regulations governing achieving a better life experience accounts.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 195-K:5, I, relative to waiting period for Internal Revenue Service regulations on ABLE savings accounts, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
