STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT regulating disorderly houses.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Powers of Towns; Bylaws. Amend RSA 31:39, I by inserting after subparagraph (p) the following new subparagraph:
(q) Regulating disorderly houses.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
