AN ACT allowing a license for short-term rentals.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

AN ACT allowing a license for short-term rentals.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Powers of Towns; Bylaws; Short Term Rentals. Amend RSA 31:39, I by inserting after subparagraph (p) the following new subparagraph:

(q) Issuing a license for the operation of a short term rental and establishing a fee for such license.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
