STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to the definition of child abuse.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
45:1 Definition of Abused Child; Human Trafficking Added. Amend RSA 169-C:3, II(d) to read as follows:
(d) Physically injured by other than accidental means; or
(e) Subjected, by any person, to human trafficking as defined in RSA 633:7.
45:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
