STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to the implementation of the recommendations of grid modernization.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Public Utilities Commission; Docket No. IR15-296. As part of the proceeding to investigate grid modernization, the New Hampshire legislature directs the public utilities commission to develop a process to implement time varying rate design.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
