AN ACT eliminating the automatic union dues payment for state employees.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

AN ACT eliminating the automatic union dues payment for state employees.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Withholding of Wages; Union Dues. Amend RSA 275:48, I(b)(1) to read as follows:

(1) Union dues, except that no public employer shall withhold union dues from a public employee's wages;

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
