METHODOLOGY:

This bill would increase the maximum price of any Lucky 7 ticket pack or ticket card from $0.50 to $1.00. The Lottery Commission currently receives $15 per deal (each separate set of no more than 3,500 Lucky 7 tickets) and it assumes an increase in price point per ticket may reduce the total numbers of deals sold, which would result in an indeterminable decrease in revenue to the Lottery fund under RSA 284:21-j.
