AN ACT relative to the regulation of online auctions.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to the regulation of online auctions.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
116:1 New Paragraph; Auctioneers; Exceptions; Internet Auctions. Amend RSA 311-B:13 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. Any auction conducted over the Internet shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter.
116:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
