AN ACT relative to seasonal highway weight limits.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to seasonal highway weight limits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Highway Regulation; Exclusion from Seasonal Highway Weight Limit for Certain Vehicles. Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 236:3-a to read as follows:
236:3-a Exclusion From Seasonal Highway Weight Limit for Certain Vehicles. Notwithstanding any provision of law or rule to the contrary, the following vehicles shall be excluded from the seasonal highway weight limit regulations [with the approval of the district engineer, department of transportation]:
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
