STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT prohibiting motorcycle-only checkpoints.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
153:1 New Section; Motorcycle-Only Checkpoints Prohibited. Amend RSA 265 by inserting after section 1-a the following new section:
265:1-b Motorcycle-Only Checkpoints Prohibited. No law enforcement officer or agency shall establish or conduct motorcycle-only checkpoints.
153:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
