AN ACT relative to training requirements for electrologists.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to training requirements for electrologists.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
75:1 New Paragraph; Electrologists; Rulemaking; Intense Pulsed Light. Amend RSA 314:8 by inserting after paragraph XIX the following new paragraph:
XX. Training requirements for the use of intense pulsed light hair removal.
75:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
