STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

AN ACT increasing the maximum period for the zoning board of adjustment to hold a public hearing.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

2:1 Zoning Board of Adjustment; Public Hearing. Amend RSA 676:7, II to read as follows:

II. The public hearing shall be held within [30] 45 days of the receipt of the notice of appeal.

2:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
