AN ACT relative to the assignment of moorings in congregate mooring fields.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

AN ACT relative to the assignment of moorings in congregate mooring fields.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Mooring of Boats on Public Waters; Congregate Mooring Fields. Amend RSA 270:67, II by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:

(e) Any congregate mooring field operator that uses a lottery to assign any of its moorings shall restrict entries in such lottery to one lottery entry per vessel registration number.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
