AN ACT relative to safe school zones and chartered public schools.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to safe school zones and chartered public schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Safe School Zones; Definition; School. Amend RSA 193-D:1, III to read as follows:
III. "School" means any public or private elementary, secondary, or secondary vocational-technical school in New Hampshire including any chartered public school. It shall not include home schools under RSA 193-A.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
