STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

AN ACT relative to training for servers of alcohol.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Mandatory Training for Servers. Amend RSA 178:2, IV by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following new subparagraph:

(c) Within 30 days of the date of hire, a Total Education in Alcohol Management program provided by the liquor commission's division of enforcement shall be attended by any person serving alcohol in the establishment owned by the licensee.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
