AN ACT relative to charitable gambling dates.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

AN ACT relative to charitable gambling dates.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Charitable Organizations; Game Dates. Amend RSA 287-D:6, IV to read as follows:

IV. Only one license shall be issued to each applicant in any 12 month period to operate games of chance for 10 days, except for charitable organizations registered in the same municipality of the game operator who may operate games of chance for 15 days, which 10 or 15 days need not be consecutive.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
