STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

AN ACT authorizing the Harris Center for Conservation Education to issue decals for multi-use decal plates.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

139:1 New Paragraph; Motor Vehicles; Multi-Use Decal Plates; Authorized Organizations. Amend RSA 261-B:9 by inserting after paragraph XII the following new paragraph:

XIII. The Harris Center for Conservation Education.

139:2 Contingent Renumbering. If HB 320 of the 2019 legislative session becomes law, then RSA 261-B:9, XIII as inserted by section 1 of the bill shall be renumbered as RSA 261-B:9, XV.

139:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
