STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

AN ACT repealing limited liability for manufacturers, distributors, dealers, or importers of firearms or ammunition.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 508:21, relative to limited liability for manufacturers, distributors, dealers, or importers of firearms or ammunition, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2021.
