STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

AN ACT repealing the prohibition on hunting with a ferret.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 207:6, relative to the prohibition on hunting while in possession, custody, or control of a ferret, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
