AN ACT relative to municipal energy commissions.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

AN ACT relative to municipal energy commissions.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Municipal Energy Commissions; Duties; Annual Reports. Amend RSA 38-D:4, I by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following new subparagraph:

(c) Report annually by July 31 to the office of strategic initiatives a summary of findings and recommendations provided in subparagraphs (a) and (b).

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
