STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

AN ACT relative to the department of employment security job training program.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Department of Employment Security; Job Training Program; Adult Education Programs Approved by the Department of Education. Amend RSA 282-A:181, II by inserting after subparagraph (f) the following new subparagraph:

(g) Adult education programs approved by the department of education.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
