STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT repealing requirements for transfer of appropriations in Carroll county.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 24:13-d, relative to transfers of appropriations in Carroll county, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
