METHODOLOGY:

This bill repeals work and community engagement requirements and related reporting requirements under RSA 126-AA within the Granite Advantage Health Care Program. Because the existing statutory work requirements have not yet been implemented, the Department of Health and Human Services states the bill will have an indeterminable fiscal impact. As of January 2019, the Department is unable to estimate the number of beneficiaries who would be suspended or terminated under the existing requirement, and so the fiscal implications of removing it are currently unclear.
