SENATE BILL 430
AN ACT relative to the child fatality review committee.
ANALYSIS
This bill removes the exemption of the child fatality review committee from RSA 91-A:3, relative to nonpublic sessions of public bodies.
The bill is a request of the department of health and human services.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
AN ACT relative to the child fatality review committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 132:41, VII(c), relative to the exemption of the child fatality review committee from the requirements for nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
