STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

AN ACT relative to the addition of climate and environmental sciences to the criteria for an adequate education.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Criteria for an Adequate Education; Science. Amend RSA 193-E:2, III to read as follows:

III. Knowledge of the biological, physical, and earth sciences, including climate and environmental sciences, to enable them to understand and appreciate the world around them.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
