STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

AN ACT relative to the local option for sports betting.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

13:1 Sports Betting; Local Option. Amend RSA 287-I:6, I(c) to read as follows:

(c) The wording of the question shall be substantially as follows: "Shall [we] the city/town of [fill in town/city name] allow the operation of sports book retail locations within [the town or city] [fill in city/town]?"

13:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
