STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

AN ACT relative to the term served by a bail commissioner.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Bail Commissioners; Term and Identification Card. Amend RSA 597:17, I to read as follows:

I. Bail commissioners shall be commissioned for [5] 2 years and continue in office until their successors shall have qualified.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
