STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

AN ACT prohibiting the use of rubber bullets and tear gas by law enforcement.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Rubber Bullets and Tear Gas Prohibited. Amend RSA 627:5 by inserting after paragraph IX the following new paragraph:

X. The use of rubber bullets or tear gas by any law enforcement officer is prohibited,

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
