STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to wake surfing.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Wake Surfing; Inland Waters. Amend RSA 270-D:3 by inserting after paragraph VII the following new paragraph:
VIII. Any boat underway for wake surfing on inland waters shall maintain a minimum distance of 250 feet from the shore, docks, and other boats.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
