STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

AN ACT modifying attorney exemptions under RSA 91-A.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Access to Governmental Records and Meetings; Exemptions; Attorney Records. Amend RSA 91-A:5, XII to read as follows:

XII. Records protected under the attorney-client privilege or the attorney work product doctrine consistent with the public's right to know.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
