STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT authorizing municipalities to collect and resell construction and demolition debris.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Town Responsibility and Authority; Construction and Demolition Debris. Amend RSA 149-M:17 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. A town may collect and resell construction and demolition debris at its transfer station from a project being completed in town or from a general contracting business which is based in the town.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
