AN ACT relative to zoning protest petitions.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

AN ACT relative to zoning protest petitions.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Zoning Ordinance Protest Petition. Amend RSA 675:5 by inserting after paragraph I-c the following new paragraph:

I-d. Paragraph I-a shall not apply to amendments that reduce dimensional requirements or increase allowed density of development.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
