STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

AN ACT excepting public universities and colleges from requirements under medical freedom in immunizations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Communicable Disease; Medical Freedom in Immunizations; Exemption of Institutions of Higher Education. Amend RSA 141-C:1-a, II by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:

(f) Apply to the university system of New Hampshire, the community college system of New Hampshire, or any other public postsecondary educational institution.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
