STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to the definition of vaccination.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; New Hampshire Vaccine Association; Definition of Vaccination. Amend RSA 126-Q:1 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
X-a. "Vaccination" means the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
