STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

AN ACT relative to a state directory for film production.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Department of Business and Economic Affairs; Director of Economic Development; Duties; Creation and Maintenance of Film Directory. Amend RSA 12-O:20 by inserting after paragraph VII the following new paragraph:

VII-a. Coordinate with the department of natural and cultural resources to establish and maintain a directory of film and digital production companies, local acting and film-making talent, and filming locations.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
