AN ACT relative to on-premises cigar, beverage, and liquor licenses.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

AN ACT relative to on-premises cigar, beverage, and liquor licenses.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 On-Premises Cigar, Beverage, and Liquor Licenses. Amend RSA 178:20-a, II(d) to read as follows:

(d) Does not allow cigarette smoking [or service of food] on the premises.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
