STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT repealing the prohibition against OHRV travel on Hoit Road Marsh.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
30:1 Off Highway Recreational Vehicles; Regulations of Political Subdivisions. Amend RSA 215-A:15, V to read as follows:
V. Enforcement of [paragraphs IV and VII] paragraph IV shall be the joint responsibility of the city of Concord and the state of New Hampshire.
30:2 Repeal. RSA 215-A:15, VII, relative to prohibiting OHRV travel on Hoit Road Marsh in the city of Concord, is repealed.
30:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
