AN ACT relative to the project to complete construction of an exit on I-93 in Derry and Londonderry.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One
AN ACT relative to the project to complete construction of an exit on I-93 in Derry and Londonderry.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Transportation; Derry/Londonderry. The department of transportation shall complete the design-build project named Derry/Londonderry, project number 1816, to construct exit 4a on I-93 in Derry and Londonderry within the time frame of the Ten Year Transportation Improvement Plan.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
