SENATE BILL 225
AN ACT relative to the bond required of applicants for auctioneer licenses.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
AN ACT relative to the bond required of applicants for auctioneer licenses.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
126:1 Repeal; Auctioneers; Bond. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 311-B:5, IV, relative to the requirement to file bond with an auctioneer license application.
II. RSA 311-B:8, relative to the bond required of auctioneer license applicants.
126:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
