SENATE BILL 323

AN ACT permitting state trade associations to purchase health insurance offered by their peer national trade associations.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

AN ACT permitting state trade associations to purchase health insurance offered by their peer national trade associations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Accident and Health Insurance; Trade Associations. Amend RSA 415 by inserting after section 27 the following new section:

415:28 State Trade Associations; Health Insurance. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent a state trade association from joining its peer national association in purchasing health insurance.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
