STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

AN ACT relative to school district information on the COVID-19 dashboard maintained by the department of health and human services.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Department of Health and Human Services; Department of Education; COVID-19 dashboard.

I. The department of health and human services and the department of education shall develop mutually standardized daily reporting criteria for schools and school districts.

II. The department of health and human services shall update the COVID-19 dashboard for all positive cases of COVID-19 in each school and school district regardless of whether a school is conducting classes remotely or in person.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
