AN ACT relative to the intersection between route 302 and East Conway Road in Conway.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three
AN ACT relative to the intersection between route 302 and East Conway Road in Conway.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Traffic Intersection Required; Conway. The commissioner of transportation shall add to the 10-year plan under RSA 240 the project to make a planned reconstruction of the intersection of New Hampshire Route 302 and East Conway Road in Conway as a traditional intersection, including, but not limited to, the installation of a traffic signal.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
