RESOLUTION NO. 2
Reps. Osborne and Wilhelm offered the following: RESOLVED, that all action taken at all sessions of the
House of Representatives be recorded through the public address system, and that the recording be used by
the Clerk to confirm and correct the Permanent Journal. The Permanent Journal, as prepared by the Clerk,
and as may be corrected by the House, shall be the official record of the House.
Motion was adopted.
