AN ACT relative to the board of manufactured housing.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Three

AN ACT relative to the board of manufactured housing.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Office of Professional Licensure and Certification; Board of Manufactured Housing Website. If the board of manufactured housing under RSA 205-A:25 through RSA 205-A:31 is repealed, then the office of professional licensure and certification shall maintain the board of manufactured housing website for the board for a minimum of 5 years from the effective date of this act.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
