AN ACT relative to insurance coverage for pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders.


ANALYSIS

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four

AN ACT relative to insurance coverage for pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorders.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal; Insurance Coverage for Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders; Prospective Amendment Removed. The following are repealed:

I. 2019, 277:3, relative to amendment of RSA 417-E:1, III(f) on July 1, 2024.

II. 2019, 277:4, I, relative to the effective date of the amendment.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect June 30, 2024.
