Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 Repeal. The following are repealed: I. RSA 106-L:6, IX, relative to police standards and training council requirements for physical fitness requirements for certified law enforcement officers. II. RSA 106-L:6, X, relative to the penalty for law enforcement officers unable to meet the police standards and training council physical fitness requirements. 2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
