STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT relative to requiring a reconciliation of votes cast and undervotes with the total of ballots cast.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; General Content of Return; Ballot Reconciliation. Amend RSA 659:73, IV by inserting after subparagraph (l) the following new subparagraph:
(m) For each contest or ballot question, a reconciliation of votes and undervotes with the total ballots cast.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
