STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Four
AN ACT equalizing the fines for operating an OHRV with a driver's license suspended and operating a snowmobile with a driver's license suspended.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
62:1 New Subparagraphs; OHRV; Penalties. Amend RSA 215-A:29, XIX by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following new subparagraphs:
(c) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction based upon a complaint which alleged that the person has had one or more prior convictions for driving after revocation or suspension in this state or reasonably equivalent offenses in any other jurisdiction within the 7 years preceding the date of the second or subsequent offense.
(d) Except as provided in (b) and (c), any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation, and shall be fined a minimum of $250 for a first offense and $500 for a second or subsequent offense.
62:2 New Subparagraphs; Snowmobiles; Penalties. Amend RSA 215-C:49, XXI, by inserting after subparagraph (b) the following new subparagraphs:
