Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Filing Fees and Signed Petitions. Amend RSA 655:19-c, I(f) to read as follows:

(f) For state representative, [$2] $0. 

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
